Agent Annmarie Silva's name appears in dozens of the agency's reviews as the one who handles the bulk of the apartment leasing, with Ally, Karla, Mike and Kathy handling landlord relationships and property management. The specifics are consistent across years: in a 2024 review, Annmarie negotiated a building's no-pet policy so a tenant could move in with a dog, and in a separate 2024 review she coordinated an entire move by phone, text and FaceTime for an out-of-state renter with very little lead time. A recent review describes finding a renter an apartment within two days of first contact. On the landlord side, a recent review from a longtime property owner credits the team with carefully screening tenants and checking references before every placement. There is a serious issue in the recent record worth knowing before signing anything. A July 2026 review reports that Fiorelli Realty is being sued by the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office over a $350 "lease renewal" fee the reviewer calls unlawful, citing a 17-page complaint posted on the state's website. A separate June 2026 review, describing a personal experience rather than repeating that report, says the writer was not renewed after contesting the same fee and later found their old unit re-listed for less. An older 2021 review separately alleges an agent entered an apartment without notice and describes threats over rent. Neither is representative of the broader review set, but given how specific and recent the lease-fee allegations are, it's worth asking directly about renewal fees and getting all charges in writing before signing. For apartment hunters, the agent-level reviews describe a genuinely attentive, patient process — but the fee dispute is recent and specific enough that it deserves a direct question before committing to a lease here.
