Will not work with this group again

Fire N Stone provided a complete quote on the repair for our fireplace. When it came time to repoint the firebox they said they could only repoint the floor of the firebox because there were a couple of bricks in the wall of the fireplace that were loose. When I asked them about this they said that fixing loose bricks wasn't their area of expertise. I reminded them that they were a fireplace company AND THEY had quoted the job. I also reminded them that their answering machine said they DO fireplace repair. They still said that wasn't their area of expertise. I am paying the bill and moving on. Without a completed job from Fire N Stone. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service.

Fire N’ Stone did a wonderful wood to gas fireplace replacement several years ago for us. The installation was flawless, including the brickwork. Today they did a cleaning and inspection, and again their work was exemplary. They arrived on time, completed the job promptly, and communicated well before, during, annd after.

The crew was a pleasure to work with.

Fire n' Stone replaced the flue for my wood stove last year. Upon annual cleaning + inspection by another provider, they reported a minor issue (potential for a connection not being dripless). I placed a warranty claim with Fire n' Stone and they responded in a very professional manner and completed the repair within a short time
