In a September 2026 review, the install team of Eric and Shane gave a customer a tutorial on managing their new stove. An October 2025 customer said the wood stove install took only 2.5 hours start to finish and the total cost came in under budget. In September 2026 a service technician found a customer's Harmon pellet stove needed a new burn pot, and it was ordered and installed. A March 2026 reviewer said Russ fixed their Harman over multiple visits until the pellets burned more efficiently. In July 2025 a customer wrote that two weeks after buying a hot tub, Lincoln came to their home to fix cloudy water and make sure the filtration system was working. In a November 2023 review, a customer who bought a $7,500 propane fireplace on September 5 said it was partially installed on October 4 with damaged louvers, and the chase cap and final section of flue pipe were left for later; after calls went unanswered, Matt, the manager, set completion for November 29. That customer's update said the company did finally come out and finish installing the fireplace, and that the installation guys were great. A January 2023 one-star review said a new pellet stove insert hummed loudly, the service department rarely returned voicemails, and crews arrived outside the scheduled window. In September 2025 a two-star reviewer said no prices were listed online, everything was roughly $4,500, and the showroom had a "used car dealership atmosphere."

Ethan was very patient and helpful while we were deciding on our gas fireplace insert. We shopped 3 other vendors and Abundant Life was definitely the best. Ethan was available to answer our questions while we were arranging for the gas and electric hookups. Eric and Shane did the installation and they couldn't have been nicer. They were friendly and courteous. Shane pointed out an issue with our roof that we weren't aware of. Eric made sure we understood how to work the unit. We are very pleased 😄
