A March 2024 reviewer said an estimator came out the same day they called and the finished work was beautiful. The one review below five stars, also March 2024, said everything was done perfectly except that the non-skid surface on the tub floor was still slippery. Two things are worth knowing before you call. All seven of those comments fall inside a two-month stretch in early 2024, so nothing written describes how the company runs now. And its own website is an unedited WordPress template whose pages describe a fictional architecture firm — the domain will not tell you anything about the business. For a tub, shower, sink or tile re-glaze around Randolph, the work people describe is specific and repeatable, and the state registration checks out. Ask for a recent reference given how dated the written history is, and get the non-skid tub finish written into the quote.
