Noel Torrissi Construction, working out of Amesbury, is the team homeowners call for drywall, framing and small remodeling jobs — basement finishes, storm-damaged window frames, rush jobs that need a fast turnaround. The Google track record is deep and consistently positive: 21 ratings averaging 5 stars, with 14 written reviews running from 2023 through late 2025. The specifics repeat a theme — speed and follow-through. In a December 2025 review, a customer described 30-35 sheets of drywall hung in a basement to a level-4 finish, with a fast quote through 'Mario' and the crew starting within a week, on time and respectful in the evenings — the job did run a little longer than expected with a few minor communication hiccups, but the customer still came away happy. A May 2024 review described a rush drywall job handled with a fast quote and 'exceptional' results, and a June 2024 review described a storm-damaged window frame repaired promptly. Several shorter reviews across 2023-2025 echo the same praise for clean, reliable, reasonably priced work. The licensing picture is a genuine concern to raise directly. The Massachusetts registry shows this contractor's Home Improvement Contractor license (#127852) as revoked, and BuildZoom separately reports a General Contractor license (#158214, expired since 2009) as last verified revoked in April 2026 — the same profile also lists related registrations as inactive and cancelled. BuildZoom's own permit records for the business run only from 1999 to 2007 (a kitchen-and-bath renovation, window replacements, a bathroom job), with nothing on file since, which doesn't line up with the recent review volume. The business also appears on BBB under a different registered name, N.B.T. Construction, Inc., at a Plaistow, NH address, where it isn't accredited and is listed as 'Not Rated' for lack of information. The reviews describe a crew that shows up, moves fast and does clean work — but given the revoked license, get clear on current licensing and insurance before signing anything.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Noel Torrissi Construction. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A typical single-level deck is 12×16 — about 200 sq ft.

Had the guys at Noel Construction come hang around 30-35 sheets of drywall in my basement and complete a level 4 finish ready to prime/paint. Quoting was fast through Mario and they started within a week. They were on time and respectful in the evenings while working. Took a little longer than anticipated and had a few minor communication issues but overall quite happy with the results.
