A 2021 customer said water was pouring out of the furnace's relief pipe; Cody came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace on the spot. A 2023 customer said the system shut down hours after a burner tune-up, and that a technician, Eric, was at the home within 2 hours of the next call and solved the problem, which that customer said seemed to be a defective nozzle. A 2024 customer said a central AC repair turned up a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, and that the technician, Rob, brought a portable unit from the shop in the meantime. A 2022 customer said Rob prevented a future problem with build-up in the flue. The company describes itself as family owned and operated. A 2009 southcoasttoday.com article described Fisher Churchill as a Dedham-based oil delivery service whose owners launched Mass BioFuel in 2006. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2026 customer said the receptionist wanted to argue when they needed an oil refill and left them on hold. A 2023 customer who placed an order was told delivery would take a few days; after the price spiked that day, the company delivered same-day, and that customer questioned whether the scheduling was arranged in good faith.

“One of the three installers, Fisher-Churchill Co., Genove Oil & Air Co., or Muirland Mechanical Services, will call you to ask you some questions about your home”
Horrible receptionist, wants to argue when I just need oil refill. Left on hold for no reason.. . Irritating beyond belief
Chris, employee, serviced my son's oil. He is the best. Thorough, informative, pleasant and the most informative person. I hope Chris remains with the company. Kudos to Chris!
My central AC failed during a recent brutal heat wave. The initial service call temporarily resolved the issue, but the technician warned it might not hold. True to his advice, the problem recurred. The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor. Rob, our technician, was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Anticipating our discomfort without AC, he brought us a portable unit from the shop for temporary relief. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to Brian, the Service Manager, for his understanding and assistance throughout. We are thoroughly pleased and appreciative of the exemplary service provided by Fisher-Churchill.
Cody is always courteous, professional and extremely thorough. In this day and age it’s nice to be comfortable with the people who enter your home.
We have been very happy with Fisher Churchill for many years. Service is always top notch.
