Five Star converted our guest bathtub to a walk in shower and installed a new toilet. The work was completed a couple of months ago. The salesman was very easy to work with and was very helpful with all the choices that were available . Unlike his competitors, there was no sales pressure. The work began on the agreed upon start date and time. The technician kept us informed all through the construction process and he was very meticulous with his work. He was also mindful about spreading dust and dirt into other areas of the house. A walking pad was placed from the back entrance to the bathroom to protect the floor. He explained the glass warranty and tips on how to clean the shower enclosure as well as helpful bits of information. When the project was complete, I went in the bathroom to wipe down the sink and light fixture but there was no dust to wipe up; the technician had already wiped everything down. The enclosure feels very solid and the 2 grab bars are very sturdy. We have had zero issues with the walk in shower and it looks great. I will definitely use them again for our master bathroom remodel.

Five Star Bath came to our home and did a great job! Starting with the consultation to the completion, EVERYONE was great. They listened to what we needed and made sure we were well informed. They kept the project on course and did the renovation with very limited noise being that I work from home and not once was i interrupted! Me and my husband love our new shower. Communication problem at the start but all well by the end. Happy with the results. Workers were very neat, everything was clean and tidy. Mr. Patel followed up to ensure my satisfaction.

Buyer Beware, terrible workmanship, unfinished project, will not reply to our phone calls, text or messages?? Referred to BBB for resolution, and legal action.
