Hired 5 Star Solutions to replace a shower on Aug. 6 and promised ,by management, job to be completed in two days. Now, management knew ordering a shower door would take at least 3 weeks. Would’ve been helpful for them to share that information with me since we were expecting company in a week! Installer on the job was A-1 and deserves 5 stars. However, Management needs to attend People’s Skills Classes and reminded to RETURN phone calls ! Job was done in North Kingstown, RI
Lived up to their name! I am absolutely thrilled with my new shower. It is as functional as it is beautiful. From start to finish every one went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. Normand was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
