A recent customer, a first-time home buyer, said Jen Wagner slowed the choice of carpet and vinyl plank down so samples could be tried at home; the vinyl plank went down within a week and a half and the carpet team finished a week later. A recent reviewer said a few early glitches were worked out and praised the installation by Robert and Jacob. A 2024 customer said the company ordered sample boxes twice while they tried to match walnut flooring that is no longer available, and found enough of a discontinued carpet at a discount. A 2023 customer said installer Paul Godin did a great job on two winding stair runners. A 2023 customer whose kitchen was gutted by a house fire said they replaced carpeting, plank flooring and vinyl tile with the company's help. A 2023 customer said the floors creaked in every room the company installed, and that after one part was fixed they were being charged for two more boxes of material. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that installs are handled by Dynamic Home Solutions out of Connecticut, which the reviewer said uses third- and fourth-party subcontractors. On r/burlington in 2023, a commenter said the main contractor brought his 8-year-old son to the job site during school vacation week. On r/vermont in 2024, a commenter called a job through the Williston store the worst experience they had had with a contractor.

I worked with Jen Wagner at Flooring America for my top floor project. It was a combination of carpet and vinyl plank. To the untrained eye walking into the showroom with little to no experience around what kind of flooring would work what kind of flooring would look horrible and everything in between… Jen made the process stress-free and very fun! I, being eager to start the process was all ready to pick a carpet pattern, vinyl plank tone and get things started. Jen was wise and asked me to be considerate with my decisions knowing very well that you have to take samples home, put them up against your wall, put them up against your couch/furniture in order to make the right decision not just a decision. We landed on what’s seen in the pictures. The team came over within a week and a half and put down the vinyl plank. Quick and easy! A week later the carpet team came through and finished the job. They left without a trace of ever even being in the house. What an exceptional process and product that Flooring America is providing! If you’re considering a project or have been waiting to conduct a project don’t wait any longer and call Flooring America Jenn Wagner is an All-Star! I’m a first time home buyer and was nervous to start the improvement process, but I couldn’t be happier with the end result!
A few early glitches, but found solution. Installation was impeccable. Robert and Jacob did a great job. Both were extremely pleasant, amicable and professional.

Beware...The company that handles their installs is Dynamic Home Solutions out of Conneticut...They use 3rd and 4th party subcontractors that do terrible work...And They do use them...DHS...bad company
