Flooring Plus is a Hollis, NH flooring installer that customers name as run by Carlos. It holds 4.8 from 40 Google ratings and 4.4 from 57 on Angi, and the Better Business Bureau grades it B-. Customers describe hardwood, vinyl, tile and carpet installs. An April 2026 customer had water-damaged wood floors in a bedroom replaced with new hardwood, and the crew moved the furniture. In a 2025 review, a customer in a 100 year-old house had a cracked concrete basement floor leveled, waterproofed and tiled, and the steps rebuilt. A 2024 customer had over 600 sq feet of tile removed and replaced across a kitchen, mud room, laundry and powder room in two weeks. The written complaints are older. A 2023 Angi reviewer said a water valve broke during tile removal and the job went wrong from there. In 2017 Angi reviews, a tile customer described messy, unfinished work after 3 weeks, and a hardwood customer said the floor squeaked and nails hit a cold water pipe.

Carlos was great, a good price and a job well done. He got it done in the time promised and it looks fantastic! Friendly and easy to deal with, he also went above and beyond and helped us with a couple of other things not floor related, which I truly appreciated!
The VERY first time I reached out to Flooring Plus LLC , A very nice gentleman came named Carlos into my house took care of two burn holes in my 1 month old Carpet, he also saved me $600 as to the quote prior to calling him ! I highly recommend him to anybody looking to get some flooring work done! I know I'll call again if I need anything ! ☝🏻
Work at its finest from day one, super upfront with us, and scheduled around our availability. Also, great price. After getting 4 quotes, I suggest you don't waste your time looking for anyone else.
