The epoxy coating lasted only 4 years and started coming up in multiple places. But Garage Experts honored their warranty and resolved the issue.

Had my garage floor done on my newly built house in Londonderry not only were they on time but they were early the crew was very professional and explained the whole process to me and what they were doing every step of the way the job was completed on time and I felt it was a great value for the money and it looks great would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this done

The five star review is for the price and the great job the installers did. The quote was about one third less than quotes I received from other companies and the install came with a lifetime warranty. However, if I could, I'd give one star for communication. Don't expect any communication about scheduling after the deposit is paid. I was originally scheduled for the 18th. I had heard nothing so I called the company and didn't hear back for a day. I was told they were behind and they moved my garage floor to the 23rd. When it was getting closer to the 23rd, I again had heard nothing so I called and left a message and later received an email stating they had additional issues and that it was rescheduled to the 31st and that the 31st was a hard date. No one showed on the 31st, and again no communication from the company, so I had to call them and was told they were behind on another job. The installers finally showed on the 1st to start the job and it was finished on the 2nd. At no time did the company reach out to me with any information on scheduling, I had to be the one to contact them to see what was happening.
