FloorMe!

Very happy with our experience as we were looking to replace flooring across our first and second levels of our home and love the results. Being able to take some samples home allowed us to make the right selections with confidence and the whole team was great to work with along the way. The installation was done with quality and precision. I am so thrilled we chose FloorMe! and I will be recommending it to others!

FloorMe was great. Super help with backsplash tile selection. I needed FloorMe to install tile. Cayla was terrific providing this service and facilitating scheduling. She came out and did the measurements with a very reasonable quote. Lucas did the installation and he was fantastic. Very meticulous, hard working and explained process well. Great job with cleanup after finish. Very happy with the outcome!!! Thank you FloorMe.

Updating rating following the response from the team. Overall I was very satisfied with the work FloorMe did and would recommend working with them for flooring needs in the Nashua area. I think their communication channels could be optimized a little better. Leaving my original review below for transparency on my concern: I got hardwood installed by floorme a couple years ago. Eventually a gap formed in a certain area - obv not a big deal but something cosmetic I’d expect they’d be able to address to show their adherence to quality craftsmanship. I’ve contacted them twice now (1 email, 1 phone call) and haven’t gotten anything from them . just wish they’d get back to me, should be a simple job. i know contracting work like this gets busy so I get it, just wanted to share my experience in hopes it may get me on the schedule

The process of selecting the carpet was made easier by excellent advice from Dana. She helped me pick samples in the store and then came by the house and helped with the final selection. The installation was completed all in one day, the crew took care of moving all of the furniture (4 bedrooms!) and the carpet looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
