In a 2025 review, the crew held a customer's move-in date even after equipment failures threatened it. Two accounts sit below the rest. In a 2025 review, a homeowner who was unsure of the square footage and asked for someone to come out and measure found the reply condescending. And a customer writing in February 2026 was not happy with the finished work — the update on that review says Sam came out and offered to redo it or pay another contractor to, and the reviewer credited him for wanting to do right by them.
