The Hyannis business describes itself as a family-owned flooring, tile and stone retailer with more than three decades of experience. Its website lists three locations: a carpet and prefinished-wood showroom, a tile showroom and a tile-supplies warehouse, with pickup and delivery. Customers have also described installation arranged through the business. In an October 2021 review, one customer said Alex coordinated a tile shower and floor project with Victor. They praised Victor's communication and said his team's installation finished on time. A January 2022 reviewer described help choosing a floor pattern and color, a smooth installation and reasonable prices. Other customers reported problems with orders and follow-up. In May 2022, a reviewer said a rug ordered in November never arrived, promised callbacks did not happen, and they ultimately obtained a refund through their credit card company. A November 2021 reviewer said a stair runner took three months to install. In January 2023, another customer reported that an order sat in the warehouse for weeks without notification. They also described planks with incomplete finishes and unsuccessful attempts to resolve the problem with the Mannington representative. An August 2023 customer objected to a $500 furniture-moving charge quoted for a living-room floor, saying they had already moved the furniture to one side. More recently, a March 2026 reviewer said two phone calls confirmed an item was available, but a trip taking an hour each way ended with the item unavailable.
