Verified record
Flores Electrical Contractor is a Quincy electrician run by Peter Flores; its BBB profile lists 39 years in business, with a file opened in 2017, though the business is not BBB accredited and carries no BBB rating. The written record is thin — just two Google reviews, both from 2023. One credited the company with a whole-house Generac generator install, including a custom platform built to keep the unit off the ground and ongoing wifi-monitored maintenance the reviewer said they never had to ask for. The other praised a single flood-light installation for a customer's training field. Worth knowing before calling: the state registry shows Flores's Massachusetts electrician license (#2292) as expired since July 2022, so it's worth confirming current licensing status directly. Two strongly positive accounts and a long-running local presence make this a reasonable name for a small electrical job, but given how little written history there is and the lapsed license on record, it's worth verifying license and insurance status before booking anything larger like a generator install.
Mark did a great job installing a nice flood light for my training field. I highly recommend them. - The Dogman
Mark and his team installed a whole house Generac generator. He is certified by Generac and I couldn't have been more pleased. Extremely professional installation. He went above and beyond and actually built a great platform to put the generator on. He refused to use the basic, thin pad that most generators are placed on. Now my generator is up out of the snow and other elements. He monitors the generator performance via wifi and handles all maintenance and issues without me even contacting him. If you have an issue with you generator, good luck finding someone to service it. Mark takes care of all service. He also updated my entire house with new smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. If your detectors are 10+ years old, they're obsolete. I couldn't recommend Mark any higher! Excellent!
