John @ Forest Brooke Plumbing and Heating LLC Did an excellent job on my installation. He sent along a very detailed estimate and communication was great throughout the process. He also showed up as scheduled. I had a hard time finding someone that would do a smaller job but John was glad to help! I would highly recommend him!
John / Forest Brooke Plumbing and Heating did an outstanding job! He was tasked with installing everything needed for a commercial bar from scratch...including a new water heater...all within a historic building. Forest Brooke Plumbing and Heating provided great communication, accurate quotes with no surprises and outstanding work which passed all code inspections without issue. John is professional, focused and accommodating. Extremely pleased with Forest Brooke Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend.
Had work done at my residence, it failed the state inspection. CALL THE STATE INSPECTOR IF HE HAS DONE WORK FOR YOU, ITS FREE IT MAY SAVE YOUR HOUSE FROM SAFETY HAZARDS Contractor worked outside the scope of his license and left my house with several safety violations. *He installed the 30amp brand new water heater to a 20amp, not licensed for this and a firs hazard. I am told I can't get oil delivered or my house can explode due to the issues left by the Contractor. He refuses to communicate and fix the issues. He refuses to honor his warranty in his contract. He has been reported to the maine state license board for both his plumbing and heating license for violations and to the electrical board for working out of scope and doing it all wrong to boot. Consumer beware and if you do have work done or have had work done, call the state inspector and have it inspected for your safety. BTW THE STATE INSPECTION IS FREE SO YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSS BY ENSURING YOUR HOUSE IS SAFE. Look up plumbing and heating board in your area and have them come take a look, either way you won't regret the knowing there is an issue with the work or knowing there isn't this time.
After obtaining two quotes for a replacement furnace and indirect water heating to meet our families hot water needs without anybody’s willingness to help us understand the high pricing, we contacted John from Forest Brooke Plumbing and Heating. He was willing to assess our needs to ensure unlimited hot water, and provide competitive pricing that I could verify for top line products. While we are well aware that the previous heating unit was inappropriate for the home and installed poorly, John spoke very respectfully to save face for the company who installed the initial unit, unlike the first two who did quotes and slammed the initial design and other plumbing companies. John comminuted effectively throughout the entire process, was exceptionally polite, and delivered on his promises despite his help not being able to be available for the job, and despite an urgent family situation that arose during the job that he continued to work through. I have very high standards, and I was extremely impressed with John’s professionalism, transparency, customer service, quality products used, punctualness and craftsmanship. I will strongly recommend John to my family and friends looking for big or small heating jobs to be completed, and will definitely be using him in the future.
I called in a pinch... I was replacing my faucet and broke the copper fitting. IHe was quick to reply back. He welded my mistake, updated my valves and installed my faucet in no time. Definitely using them for my next repair!
