I had an emergency plumbing situation and they came promptly, which I appreciated greatly because plumbers are so busy these days. Dan was very polite and very knowledgeable, he diagnosed my plumbing issue and went to fixing it straight away. During his inspection he pointed out another potential problem with the current plumbing in my home and fixed that as well, saved me another headache! A great and trustworthy plumber, my go-to from now on!
I do not like being disrespected. When you make a date for a repair, fail to show up, fail to respond to Emails and phone calls that is disrespect.
