FortExteriors Systems works out of Franklin, replacing windows, siding, roofing, doors and decks across MetroWest Massachusetts — and the story reviewers keep telling is about the parts nobody else checks. In a July 2026 review, a homeowner described a leaking patio door a previous contractor had tried and failed to fix multiple times; the crew here removed the siding, properly reflashed and resealed the door, then put the siding back, and after three inches of rain there was no more leak. The company says it has 10+ years serving Massachusetts and holds an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (HIC #219097); its website also lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (#CS-122723), which we haven't independently verified. The last six months tell a consistent story: 11 Google reviews, all five stars, all describing real jobs rather than generic praise. Windows are the biggest thread — one reviewer had over 20 replaced in a single job with, in their words, no mess of any kind; another, in August 2026, singled out the crew's Anderson window installation and clean daily site; a third, in May, said the difference in comfort and energy efficiency was already noticeable after a full-house window job. Siding shows up too: a July 2026 review described replacing roughly 80-year-old cedar shingle siding, calling the result smooth, easy, and a visible improvement to the house. There's no complaint on file to weigh against any of this. What's less established: the current record is Google-only and entirely from 2026, so there isn't yet a longer track record or a second platform to check consistency over time. FortExteriors reads like a solid pick for a straightforward window or siding replacement in the MetroWest towns it lists — Framingham, Newton, Wellesley, Natick, Marlborough, Shrewsbury, Milford, Hopkinton, and more — and the patio door fix suggests they're also worth calling when another contractor's exterior work has already gone wrong. Confirm current licensing status directly and ask how the Construction Supervisor License applies to your project before signing.
This was some of the finest work Donna and I have ever seen. We have had work done by others in the past, but Alex, Anton and their crew went FAR beyond the norm. Detail was spot on, clean work site at the end of every day, A pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.
They were great all around , clean, considerate crew, on time, great Anderson products
Recently had my windows replaced and these guys were absolutely amazing! They were super professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We had over 20 windows replaced all at once. They kept everything nice and clean, they did not leave a mess of any kind. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, anything we thought might be a problem, they had covered. I would definitely hire them again.
Professional, detail-oriented, and respectful crew. I had a leaking patio door that was installed by another contractor, who tried multiple times to fix the leak without success. Alex and his crew came prepared, removed the siding, properly reflashed and sealed the door, then reinstalled the siding. After 3 inches of rain over the past two days, I haven't had a single leak. I really appreciate your excellent work!
Responded to my original message within a couple hours and were able to come out the next morning. Gave me a quote the following day. Extremely friendly and exceptional service.
