Fortress General Services, Inc.

Fortress General Services is a husband-and-wife operation — Fabio and Neci — that customers hire for two very different things: paver patios, walkways and driveways, and wallpaper. Twenty-five Angi reviews since late 2021 are all five stars, and the company's Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles each show 5.0 from 47 ratings, 24 years of experience, Spanish-language support and an approved-pro badge. Its own website presents luxury wallpaper installation and interior design from a West Palm Beach address. The paver history is the deeper one. In 2021 and 2022, customers described the pair tearing out an old patio, removing roots that were threatening a foundation, prepping the soil and laying new pavers; installing patio and walkway stones at a fair price; and one homeowner who came back for a driveway and two walkways after the patio. Several mention the same habits: Fabio shows up for every appointment, brings samples, sets a realistic timeline and cost, and leaves the site clean each day — one 2022 customer said the couple tracked down and delivered the pavers themselves when the supplier fell through. The wallpaper reviews are newer: from October 2025 through January 2026, customers described bathroom installs and a difficult job over walls that weren't smooth, with the seams matched. The one review from the last six months, in May 2026, called the work on time and carefully done. What to sort out before calling is where they work. The website gives a West Palm Beach address and a 2022 reviewer mentions a lanai, so confirm they take jobs in your area before planning around them. For a paver patio or a wallpaper job where you want the same two people from estimate to cleanup, this is the profile to call. Ask for a written timeline and price, as reviewers say they got, and confirm the service area up front.
