In August 2026 a homeowner hired Fox Services to paint a garage floor. At the other end of the range: the entire exterior of a house a couple had lived in for 30 years, which, they wrote in July 2025, had the neighbors saying they would be calling Fox for their own projects. Fox Services Inc works out of Leominster. BuildZoom lists it as owned by Cleuber De Oliveira, and both BuildZoom and Angi list Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence #214019 for the company. Its own site describes a traditional painting outfit — interior and exterior, residential and commercial, with cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, power washing, stucco and siding painting, bathroom remodeling and tile — and states EPA Lead certification. Five stars across 42 Google ratings, and 5.0 from 17 on Angi, the same listing mirrored on HomeAdvisor. Exteriors run through the reviews: a stucco house painted in August 2026 with everything cleaned up when they were done, an exterior repaint plus deck restoration in May 2025, and that same month a whole house painted and power-washed with bleach after what the customer described as all the necessary prep work. Inside, a September 2024 customer had doors, windows, walls and trim painted along with exterior doors and shutters; a March 2024 couple had 3,000 square feet done — several rooms, several colors, trims, ceiling touch-ups and small drywall fixes; a June 2023 homeowner had the whole interior including the cabinets and the nursery bathroom. A customer painting a condo before moving out in August 2023 said they got professional insight along with the labor. Quoting comes quick and in writing. A June 2026 customer got a verbal quote on a front porch, trim and door, and the written version by email the next day. A July 2024 Angi reviewer said the price was reasonable compared with others, worried that might mean lesser work, and then wrote that he was wrong. Price gets called fair, affordable or reasonable in reviews from 2022 straight through 2026. One thing is muddled: the Angi profile says 12 years operating in its About text and 8 years experience on its highlights badge, so ask directly how long the crew has been at this. For a full exterior repaint, a deck that needs repair before paint, or an interior done room by room, this is a straightforward call — and if color is the hard part, a May 2023 customer said Cleuber talked them through options and examples. Get the prep work spelled out in the written quote before you sign it.
