Francis Welles Electrician

"He will not try to 'upsell' you," a May 2026 Google reviewer wrote of Francis Welles, who has done electrical work for that customer for several years and, they said, solves issues quickly and calmly at very reasonable prices. They added that paying by Venmo is convenient. Francis Welles is an East Falmouth electrician; his Massachusetts electrician licence, #53794, is active. His website describes an owner-operated residential business serving Falmouth, Bourne, Hyannis and Mashpee, with more than 15 years of team experience, and lists panel upgrades, new construction wiring, remodels, generator installs, EV chargers and heat pump installation. BBB lists the business start as 6/3/2020 and gives it an A+, though its profile states it is not BBB accredited. On Google he holds 5 stars from 11 ratings. Two 2022 reviews come from new builds. One customer said Francis spent a great deal of time with them at the start of the build, took detailed notes and was patient with changes; another, whose build ran from 2021 to 2022, said he helped them decide on the lighting. In a December 2022 review, a customer said he responded immediately when two other local electricians never returned calls, and that he and his assistant Jimmy handled new outlets, lighting upgrades and a ceiling fan. In an April 2022 review, a customer said he fixed an outdoor landscape light problem a previous hire could not, and a March 2024 customer had an outlet installed for a sauna.
