Mike Franco and his team replaced the roof at my house in November. The work was phenomenal! There was attention to detail, fairing pricing and done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Mike Franco Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs or a roof replacement!
The rubber roof was improperly installed on the flat roof. It was noticeably leaking into the adjacent rooms after 6 years. The company was contacted for a leaking repair request. The request was declined and the 10-year warranty was not honored. The home owner was told to pay the repairs even though the installed roof was still under warranty. The home owner had to be stuck with the leaking roof and to find different contractors. At least three contractors said the rubber roof was improperly installed causing the leaks to occur at the later time because it took time before the roof started to fail. It was totally unfair and very costly to the owner to have unprofessional contractor working on the house.
Went fine until I had the attic inspected by MassSave. right after the roof work was completed. Discovered it wasn't vented on the peak, per the contract. The owner of Franco Roofing checked it out also and agreed the work wasn't done. The workers did come back to perform the work as required.
I did a lot of research before choosing Mike Franco. He quoted me a great price and came in with superior knowledge and honesty.
