I would highly recommend Dave and his crew at Ferreira Home Remodeling. I used him for a complete facelift of the exterior of my home. Roof, siding, windows and doors and am extremely satisfied with the work. It was not an easy project. I would definitely contact Dave again for any future home remodeling projects.

Used Ferreira Home Remodeling to replace our roof. Dave was honest, very professional, and dependable. Also he was flexible with us changing the date of our roof installation. The crew arrived bright and early, worked very hard, and cleaned up everything. You would never know they were here. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave and Ferreira Home Remodeling if you need a new roof or another project completed.

What does a roof replacement cost in Greater Boston?
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Ferreira Home Remodeling. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.
Estimated range
$9,000 – $18,600
Typical roofing project around $13,800
