Frank is the best and our go-to plumber! He has a lifetime of experience with plumbing and appliances. We live in Arlington, MA. He installed our new water heater, which turned out to be a complex job, and also our Bosch dishwasher. He has also fixed the pluming in our bathroom. He is hard working, prompt and good natured. When the hot water baseboard loop heat failed in my house, Frank quickly returned my call for help and showed up 20 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, returned 15 minutes later with the needed part, and explained my boiler / water loop system very clearly to me so that I understand it much better. Frank is extremely diligent, does very careful work and doesn't ignore important details and while working quickly to get the job done. And to boot, he's a great guy, delightful conversationalist with a lot of interesting stories to tell. I highly recommend Frank Formica the Plumber!
