The written record is thin: 13 Google ratings averaging 4.1, and just six written reviews spread over four years, which is not much track record for a company this size. What the work-focused reviews say is good. In a December 2022 review, a family whose boiler died five days before Christmas had the old system ripped out and a new one running before the holidays. A 2021 customer described a furnace replacement that went from Monday call to same-day visit, Tuesday quote, and an on-time Thursday install with the site cleaned up after. A Bedford neighbor on Nextdoor this June recommends Mike by name — busy, but always fits them in.
