A recent customer said the units were disassembled and the moldy fans removed and thoroughly cleaned. A recent customer whose four heat pumps and two exterior condensers were cleaned said Josh found black mold within the heat pumps. A recent customer wrote that Josh came within a few days and cleaned the condenser and 4 minisplits in 2 hours. A recent customer with a Samsung system said they arrived on time and helped with large furniture moves. In 2024, a customer said Ann, Justin and Lance opened a bedroom unit, found dust, dirt and some mold, then cleaned, sanitized and tested it before leaving. We have been using these folks for a number of years. They are courteous, prompt, efficient and do a great job. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to clean their mini split (heat pump) system.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Fresh Air Solutions does to THOROUGHLY clean my outdoor unit and 3 indoor units. They have a devised a method the enables them to use water for cleaning the interior of the indoor units that is very efficient and does not risk water damage to the surroundings. I have various allergies and I am confident that the cleaning they do protects me from allergens and any mold that may have developed in the previous year.
