In a 2026 review, Fronius had installed a Generac generator about three years earlier, and the installation process went off without a hitch. In that 2026 account, Matt at Fronius Electric walked the reviewer through troubleshooting in the middle of a blizzard, answered every time across about 10 calls, and called the next day to follow up. Another 2026 review said service was prompt and a generator problem was solved. In a 2025 review, a Fronius technician came out three times after a blizzard, accessed the generator in deep snow and got it running again each time, and they diagnosed the problem causing it to shut down. A separate 2025 review described Mike as very knowledgeable and experienced as an electrician, said he thoroughly explained everything he did, and called his helper very professional. Fronius Electric holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, and BuildZoom shows 638 projects for it.
THE BEST service provider ever!! They solved a very difficult problem and did an amazing job. I would never consider anyone else.
Fronius installed our Generac generator about three years ago. The installation process went off without a hitch. Ten days ago during the big storm, the generator kicked in immediately and ran well for about 36 hours. It stopped and I left it alone for a few hours; my husband was in the hospital so I was on my own. Then I called Matt at Fronius Electric. In the middle of the blizzard he walked me through trouble shooting and I found that the air filter was clogged with ice. I FIXED IT (very proud) but not without about 10 calls to Matt. He answered every time and was patient and an excellent instructor. The next day he called to follow up. THAT'S customer service. Stop shopping around. Hire Fronius Electric. You will be glad you did.
Service was prompt and problem with generator solved. Very satisfied
Mike was simply outstanding! He clearly is very knowledgeable and experienced as an electrician. He thoroughly explained everything that he did which I appreciated quite a bit. His helper was very professional too.
My generator went off three times--sometimes lasting overnight--after the blizzard and each time a Fronius technician came out and accessed the generator in deep snow and got it running again. They diagnosed the problem causing the generator to shut down so I got through the worst part of the week without major problems.
