Gala Carpet Services Inc

Gala Carpet Services, Inc. is a Stoughton, Massachusetts flooring contractor that says it has sold and installed carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, linoleum, and vinyl flooring for residential and commercial customers since 2001, putting it at roughly 25 years in business by its own account. The written record is a small, uniformly positive cluster of eight HomeAdvisor reviews, all dated between October 2010 and May 2011. Customers who hired the company for carpet installation described competitive pricing, prompt scheduling, and quality workmanship — a December 2010 review credited the crew with handling a large multi-room carpet job (hallway and stairs included) the day before Thanksgiving and finishing it the same day, and an earlier 2011 review called the price "very competative" and the work well done. HomeAdvisor's own page puts the aggregate at 4.5 out of 5 across those 8 ratings. Every review on file predates 2012, so there's no recent, first-hand account of current pricing, scheduling, or crew turnover to point to — worth asking about directly before booking. The company is also Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ grade (accredited since 2013) and carries an active Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Women Business Enterprise certification first issued in 2008 and current through 2028. For a homeowner near Stoughton weighing a flooring job, Gala Carpet's early track record is clean and specific, but it's worth confirming current availability, pricing, and recent references directly with the company given how dated the written reviews are.
