In April 2025, a homeowner whose water heater failed said Nick helped pick the right model and had it installed the next business day. A November 2024 business with no heat said the reply came quickly, a technician was out right away, and he found a warranty that applied. In December 2024, a customer with a late-afternoon emergency had someone out the next morning for a job that proved harder than it first looked, at what they called a fair price. The work spans the trades in the company's own description. A July 2025 customer had a gas fireplace insert hooked up by Nick and his apprentice, and paid what they called a fair price against other, far higher quotes. In March 2026, Nick diagnosed and fixed a failed heater, and a September 2025 restaurant owner said Nick and his team took on residential jobs that several other plumbers had said could not be done. One rough edge is worth knowing about: in March 2025, a customer described a mix-up over their appointment, and said the owner gave them a discount over it. That review still ran five stars.
