It says brothers Kevin and Patrick Sullivan, originally from South Yarmouth, came back to the Cape to start it; Kevin Sullivan is president, and Massachusetts registry records list master plumber licence 13041-PL-M as active with Kevin Sullivan as the holder of record.
The written record is small but unusually specific, and septic work dominates it. In a July 2025 review a homeowner described a 60-year-old cracked sewer line under a patio and behind a fence that had to be dug up by hand, with two technicians working through hot, humid days; in a January 2025 review a technician cleared a blocked septic system on a cold Saturday evening and came back Sunday morning to finish. An August 2024 reviewer said the technician found a second septic tank cover they had never known about — after a different company had pumped the tank before — and photographed it for future reference.

I had a sewer line blockage at a toilet that hadn’t been used in 20+ years. Hank found the blockage with a camera and determined the pipe would have to be replaced. It was cracked and more than 60 years old. Due to its location - behind a fence and under a patio, it had to be dug up by hand. Hank and Will worked diligently on some very hot, humid days, digging and replacing piping inside and outside the house. All told, the work was completed in 4 days.
Today we had to call to have the septic tank emptied. My mother-in-law was not sure who she used previously or when it was last done. Called Ready Rooter spoke to the most pleasant & helpful woman and they came out within 2 hours our call! The technician Tim was professional, polite, explained everything and also advised my husband what to do for maintenance/preventative. The water stopped running in our house one morning and Ready Rooter was at my house within an hour of our call. They assessed the situation, tried a few solutions, and diagnosed it as a well pump issue. They don't replace well pumps, but were able to give us a great referral. Once the pump was replaced, Ready Rooter was quick getting back to us to reset our water filtration system. You can absolutely trust them to help you get the job done, from start to finish.
