Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry. A 2025 Google customer said Gino and his associates replaced their tile floor: they moved the large furniture and appliances, did the demo of the old floor, advised them on choosing how to lay the tile, installed the new subfloor and tile floor, and handled the plumbing, updating them on progress each day. A 2025 customer wrote that a father-and-son crew installed their floor, and that the plumber who finished the project commented on how well the crew performed. That 2025 customer also said Gino and his crew worked with them when they needed a quick turnaround. A 2025 customer working through a full bathroom remodel praised Gino and the whole crew for patience when they came up short on tile, and said they returned for more tile for bathrooms and a kitchen. A 2026 customer said the company was honest and walked them through the process.
