GEM Plumbing & Heating Co., LLC holds Massachusetts plumber licence 2763-PL-C, active on the state registry. A 2023 customer said they booked a clogged-toilet repair with a noon-to-4 p.m. arrival window, but were told at 3:30 p.m. that there was no record of their call. That 2023 customer said they declined rescheduling and the call ended before they finished speaking.
Booked a reservation to fix a clogged toilet. They gave me a window between noon and 4pm. At 3:30pm I called to check if they were going to arrive and they told me they had no record I had called. When they asked if they could reschedule I said no I would use someone else and before I finished sentence they had hung up already. Advice: change out whoever you are using to take/make appointments!
