He provided a reasonable quote and timeline for work to be completed and followed through on both. No hidden surprises and no delay in overall project completion. Ian and his team removed ductboard and flexible duct that was in desperate need of replacement due to rodents. They installed new metal ductwork and flexible ductwork in just a few short days. Fast, clean and efficient. The owner was very pleased and noticed a huge difference. I would definitely use Genuine Heating & Cooling in the future!
