In May 2025 a Google reviewer wrote that they had used Bob and Glass Options for three projects — vinyl replacement windows, a glass shower door and, the latest, 8 large porch windows — and that he showed up on time, kept the area neat throughout, and finished by "meticulously cleaning the windows after installation." Glass Options is a glass shop on Epping Road in Exeter, New Hampshire. The company describes itself as "a small, family-run business built on decades of experience," doing glass work for homes and businesses, and it lists free estimates. In March 2026 a remodeling contractor on r/newhampshire wrote, "We use Glass Options in Exeter for all of our projects," adding that "Bob is fantastic." In June 2025 a customer wrote that Bob measured for screens and fit the job into his schedule the same day they said they were ready. In April 2025 a reviewer wrote that Glass Options replaced the front door of their commercial space and that Bob kept the space "extremely clean."
“We use Glass Options in Exeter for all of our projects (I’m a remodeling contractor). Bob is fantastic.”
Absolutely excellent experience. I had a very very small order of custom-cut glass, but they treated me at a superior level. Helpful, responsive, professional, and everything was ready for me the same day. What impressed me most was that the size of the job clearly didn’t affect the level of service. To me, that says everything about a business, how you treat a customer when there isn’t a big invoice attached. I have a tremendous amount of respect for that. I’ll absolutely use them again and are recommending them to my clients without hesitation.
I cannot speak highly enough with how responsive Bob was, his service was amazing. It is so refreshing to find a company that is such a pleasure to work with.
I could not ask for better service, communication and respectful treatment than from Bob. He took my call on a Sunday regarding high temperature glass needed for my woodstove door, ordered what I needed and then custom cut it for me. Wood stove dealers charge much more for replacement glass, often with long order times. I had my stove back as good as new within 3 days thanks to Glass Options. Great job, fair price. Top notch!
Well Bob is the best around, his prices are reasonable and communication is on point. He came out measuremed for screens I never had in 3 years I've been here, and the day I told him I'm ready I had the funds for my project, he fit me in the schedule for that day. There is no one better than him around. I highly recommend him for everything he services in. I just had screens installed but I will be getting windows from him within the next year or 2
We have used Bob and Glass Options for three projects - vinyl replacement windows, glass shower door and, most recently, 8 large porch windows. He is everything you want and need in a contractor - communicative and friendly, on-time, and he provides the highest level of installation work. Nothing is overlooked in the process, down the finest of details. Even better, he takes the time to keep the area neat and orderly throughout the process. From the original quote to meticulously cleaning the windows after installation, Bob is the best contractor we have worked with for any house project. Photos to come when the latest project is complete.
