Glod Restoration & Renovation

Glod Restoration & Renovation is a Dunstable based general contractor that describes itself as a full service renovation and restoration company. The company says it handles collaborative design build work, subcontractor coordination, architectural and interior design, and permitting support, and identifies David Glod as president. Houzz lists home remodeling, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, custom homes, home extensions, and home restoration among its services. A homeowner writing in August 2016 described a Cambridge home expansion with a new basement and kitchen dining area. The review says David brought in an architect, worked through design decisions, and that his crew was pleasant, receptive to the homeowner’s ideas, cleaned up daily, and avoided shortcuts. Google shows one five star rating, while the written account is dated and comes from a single customer. Glod appears suited to homeowners planning a substantial renovation that needs design and construction coordination. Before booking, confirm the present scope, schedule, and which architectural, interior design, and permitting tasks are included.
