I worked with Godwin Construction on the full renovation of my 1910 Victorian in Roslindale. I do not think I could have chosen a better contractor. Dan and Paul were always responsive, had great ideas, and employed the best subcontractors! Everything turned out beautifully and the quality of the work was phenomenal. They did everything in the house from renovating existing bathrooms, taking out walls, replacing floors/walls, and building a new master suite. When I had people over who knew more about construction than me, they would go on and on about the quality of the work. It made me feel so proud of my home! I highly recommend these guys for any project - they do great work and keep a sense of humor about it too :-)
We had a kitchen fire and Godwin Construction helped us rebuild and renovate. Price was reasonable. Team was responsive to our needs. We are very happy with the finished project. Would use them again for sure.
My husband and I did a kitchen renovation, including removing a wall and ceiling and moving gas/water lines. Dan and Paul were fantastic to work with. They were both great communicators and kept us informed of timelines and whom to expect at our house on any given day. We felt pricing was definitely reasonable for the amount of work completed and the high quality of the work. I would recommend without hesitation.
If you're lucky enough to get these guys look no further ... Paul is a master at his craft and won't disappoint. The quality and craftsmanship of his work is second to none. I'm looking to bring these guys back for an additional project ... so don't wait!
Godwin Construction was awesome to work with - they delivered an extremely high quality service and product and finished on time. They were very easy to work with from to start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the end result and we have had so many people comment on how amazing our deck and veranda look. We would definitely hire them again for another project and would highly recommend them.
