A 2023 Thumbtack customer said Golden Gutter installed seamless gutters, gutter guards and all the downspouts on their home, and used a drone for an additional roof inspection they had requested. The company describes itself on Thumbtack as a gutter business that has handled repair, cleaning and new installations for homes and businesses in the Metro Boston area for more than five years. On Thumbtack it holds 4.8 stars from 192 ratings, and the site lists it as a Top Pro for 2022 through 2025. A 2026 customer said a single elbow on the second floor needed to be reattached, and that Renan had his crew out in a few days to take care of it. A 2022 customer said the company removed the old gutters and installed replacement ones. A 2023 customer said the crew spoke almost no English, which made communication harder, and that the supervisor came out after the job to see the work. In that 2023 review, the customer asked for two small additions and said the crew was scheduled to come back for them; the customer had four quotes and called this price the best. A 2024 customer said the workers did not speak English, and that the workspace was left clean and a bill was sent instead of payment being demanded on the spot.
I only had one elbow on the second floor that needed to be reattached. Although it was a very small job Renan had his crew out in a few days to resolve my project. Thanks for the quick response.
I only had one elbow on a second floor that needed to be reattached. Renan was very responsive in getting my project completed timely. Thank you
They did a great job on gutter installation. I highly recommend. The only issue was the workers did not speak English so it was harder to communicate, but all went well. They left the workspace immaculate. They also didn’t expect or demand payment on the spot but just sent a bill. 5 stars for sure!
Golden gutters helped replace and add new gutters to my home. Very happy with the work and everyone was very easy to work with!
They did an outstanding job, the gutters work, and they look great on the house. There were a few challenges with communication, as the crew spoke almost no English, but we were able to get things how we wanted them without too much trouble. The supervisor came out after to see the work and see if I was happy with things. I asked for 2 slight additions, and they promptly scheduled the crew to come back out and take care of me almost instantly. That was very impressive. The price truly can't be beat (I had 4 quotes before choosing, and this was the best). I would definitely recommend hiring them.
