Goodrich Oil Co Inc sells home heating oil and kerosene, according to its Better Business Bureau listing, where it holds an A+ grade. An article on lpgasmagazine.com reports that Eastern Propane & Oil acquired Goodrich Oil & Propane. A 2025 customer wrote that after Eastern took over they no longer had their favorite people working on their equipment, but said one incident was quickly rectified. It holds 3.9 stars from 41 Google ratings. A 2023 customer said Jim came out as part of their service contract and took care of what previous technicians from a different company failed to do. A 2023 customer thanked Mike and Terry for the job they did. A 2022 customer who bought a new heating and air conditioning system from the company said that when the heating system broke down, Goodrich refused the service request because they did not buy their propane from it, citing a policy of no propane, no service. A 2024 customer complained that another dealer was much cheaper for oil.

I had a really great years of service with Goodrich oil. When Eastern took over, I no longer got to have my favorite people work on my equipment. But they didn't disappoint. I had one incident but the professionals that work there quickly rectified the situation and all is well. Miss the newport crew. Hope all are well. Claremont crew cool. 👍🏻
Worst company and staff ever
STOP GETTING SCAMMED USE HEATABLE THEY ARE SO MUCH CHEAPER 100 GALLONS OF OIL FOR $365 THE LAST TIME I ORDERED.if people don't believe me here is what heatable is charging me. GOODRICH wantS to charge me almost $500 for 100 gallons of oil.
