Gormley Roofing & Remodeling describes itself as a family-owned company serving homeowners across Upper Cape Cod and the Canton Metro Area, specializing in asphalt, rubber and cedar roofing along with skylight replacement. It says it has been in business 40 years, and the towns it lists are Canton, Falmouth, Mashpee, Braintree, Dedham, Milton, Norwood, Stoughton and Westwood. A recent Google review says Jamie Gormley came the same afternoon the writer called for an estimate to replace roof shingles, the quote arrived within a day or two, and the job was done while the writer was away on vacation, with the area left exactly as they had left it. Another recent review describes a re-roofing job in which owner Jamie Gormley was highly responsive during the site review, quotation and project execution, every step was completed as scheduled even with a brief rain shower, the dumpster was removed punctually and the yard was left without a single nail or scrap of debris. That review credits Luis, the foreman, and says the job was done on time and on budget. A third recent review says Jamie and Ryan explained multiple options and helped find a solution that fit the budget without any pressure. In a 2026 review, a roof was installed in one day and the company was hired a second time to install a bathroom roof vent, hooking up the exhaust hose too. A 2025 review said Jamie and his crew put on a new metal roof and a new gutter system and picked up nails during cleanup. Another 2025 review said they installed a new roof and siding on a Cape Cod home. A 2025 review of roofing and new skylights on a 300 year old home said the job was completed under a tight deadline. In a 2023 review, an 80-ft ranch and garage were stripped and shingled in a day, and the company was brought back to replace a slider.
