Gotta Get A Gutter is a gutter company whose reviews often name Christian and date from 2020 to 2022. Angi and HomeAdvisor list seamless, copper and other gutter installation and repair plus cleaning. Angi shows 4.6 stars from 15 ratings and HomeAdvisor 4.4 from 10. Most customers describe small, practical fixes. In a July 2021 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said Christian came the day they called, cleaned the gutters, installed two downspouts, and added brackets where the gutter was loose without charging extra. A June 2021 customer said he inspected before quoting and, being a roofer as well, repaired a long-standing drip-edge problem on a rubber roof. In spring 2021, two customers described metal barriers added between roof and gutters to keep squirrels and other animals out of the attic, with photos of the problem and the fix. One November 2021 customer said he replaced a downspout blown off in a nor'easter and would not accept payment. The complaints are about follow-through. A January 2021 HomeAdvisor customer said the gutter replacement was done and paid in full, but the slate work in the proposal was never finished and repeated texts went unanswered. An August 2021 Angi reviewer called the company unreliable and erratic, and a November 2022 reviewer gave 2 stars.
Would rather not say. I think he was going through some personal things in his life at the time.
They were on time and professional. the dudes are calling me all the time to gave me updates , they were very communicative and that was great.
Christian replaces the downspout that was blown off during noreaster. He was all about service. The downspout is more secure than before. He even painted the replacement to match the portion that was salvageable. Here's the amazing part,he would not accept payment! Who does that in this self centered world we live in? I will save his info and share with friends and family who may need gutter work. He is skilled at what he does but also has a heart for people!!
Unreliable and erratic. It was a nightmare.
Christian came in person the day we called him. He cleaned the gutters and installed 2 downspouts. He noticed areas the gutter was not properly attached to the house and added extra brackets to rectify the problem without out charging extra. I was so impressed with his service I have requested he return regularly to clean our gutters. His price was better than other quotes and he came immediately and did the job in the rain. Thanks to him or cellar is no longer flooded. I have already recommended him to neighbors for gutters and roofing.
