Graceful Living Cleaning is a North Andover cleaning company owned and run by Rebecca Pagan, a year into business as of 2026 with a five-person crew. Across five Thumbtack reviews from September 2025 to January 2026, the same things keep coming up — thorough deep cleans, going beyond the original ask (one reviewer credited the team for tackling surfaces, appliances and cabinet interiors that hadn't been asked for), and Rebecca herself getting singled out by name for being responsive and hands-on, including one job on very short notice for a family member's apartment that had gotten out of hand. Thumbtack rates the company 4.9 stars from 18 ratings and named it a 2025 Top Pro. Thumbtack's profile describes the company as fully licensed, bonded and insured, though no license number is shown, and Rebecca passed a Thumbtack background check in June 2025. It also carries a state-verified Women Business Enterprise certification. Deep cleans, move-outs and general house cleaning are the clear specialty here — for anything beyond that, like carpet cleaning or pressure washing, confirm it's within scope before booking.
The team did an outstanding job with a deep clean of my dad’s condo. They truly went above and beyond by thoughtfully pointing out a few safety-related items my dad could use help with, which really showed how much they care about their clients. We will absolutely be using this company again in the future.
We're getting ready to sell our home and used Graceful Living Cleaning, LLC to deep clean our home before showings start. Not only is Rebecca friendly and communicative, she and her team did an amazing job! We will definitely be hiring them again for the final move-out! A+++!
Rebecca came to our rescue with the shortest of notice. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She was a dream to work with. A true angel. We had a very difficult situation with a family member's apartment that got out of control. Rebecca navigated the waters like a pro. The quality of her work is amazing. My family member said that Rebecca left his apartment cleaner than when he moved in. High praise, indeed. I would 100% recommend Graceful Living Cleaning, LLC all day, everyday.
Fantastic work that exceeded our high expectations! We gave Graceful Living quite a bit to do with the deep cleaning we requested, given that our home had not been through a deep cleaning by an outside service in a while. They went above and beyond in the work they did on surfaces, rooms, appliances and even some cabinet interiors that we did not originally request (but needed the work). Everyone from the company was pleasant, accommodating, worked hard and were exceedingly professional.
Rebecca and her team were incredibly attentive and professional. Our condo has never been so clean before. We will definitely be using Graceful Living Cleaning for every home cleaning task we have in the future. Highly recommended!
