The Cleaning Authority - Andover

The Cleaning Authority - Andover is a franchised residential cleaning company (part of Authority Brands) based in North Andover, MA, offering house, apartment, move-in/move-out and one-time cleaning, with free estimates. It holds a BBB A+ grade and shows 4.8 stars from 155 Google ratings; recent reviewers over the last six months are uniformly positive, with none negative. Many reviewers name and praise the same recurring cleaning teams for thorough, reliable work, and several have used the service for years — one nearly a decade — while owner Kwame is repeatedly described as responsive to special requests. In 2022 and 2023 reviews, some customers reported missed appointments, poor communication and, in one case, a shower left with mold uncleaned; Angi separately shows a lower 3.3-star average, though from only two ratings.
