Grand Street Insulation, LLC

Foam board on kitchen walls and spray foam in a basement made a noticeable difference for one Grand Street Insulation customer. In January 2023, the homeowner said the cold draft at their feet while cooking had gone after the work. The West Suffield business lists spray-foam installation, injection insulation and soundproofing on HomeAdvisor. Written customer accounts span 2023–2025; HomeAdvisor lists five stars from nine ratings and Google lists 4.5 stars from four. Several 2023 customers named Vlad when describing choices and explanations. A May reviewer said he proposed higher-R-value insulation and adjusted the approach as the project revealed more of the problem, with improvement afterward. An April customer said he helped choose insulation, worked within the agreed budget and timeline, and explained Connecticut's rebate program. In January, another customer described a free energy evaluation and rebate explanation followed by a nine-hour insulation job completed by the crew in one day. Those rebate amounts and terms describe that customer's experience in 2023. The later communication accounts differ. An October 2025 Google customer said the company responded within a day and delivered a fast turnaround on work for a metal building. A December 2025 reviewer, however, said the business would not get back to them about coming to inspect a job. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is inactive due to non-renewal, according to the October 2026 state-registry check.
