A June 2026 customer who had countertops done in a kitchen, an island and three bathrooms said the shop stayed patient through many return visits before he settled on a stone. A July 2026 homeowner had a brick fireplace faced in marble, with another contractor preparing the brick, and said the dates agreed at the start held. A May 2026 customer broke an undermount sink less than a year after install and had a new one in place two days after calling Francine. Remnants come up too: an April 2026 review mentions a large remnant selection, and an October 2025 customer refaced a fireplace surround from one to lower the cost. Two 1-star reviews stand apart. In one, dated May 2026, a customer describes a December 2025 kitchen install where the crew drove a box truck into the back yard against instructions, pulled up a fence and damaged a raised garden bed, and left one of two sinks off-center in $7,000 countertops. She writes that the owner came out, acknowledged the mistake and promised a spring cleanup, that the crew who came in May took photos and left, and in a July edit that she had drafted a demand letter and planned small claims court.
