Granite State Pest Control works out of 45 Haines Street in Nashua and covers southern New Hampshire - its own site names Nashua, Manchester, Merrimack, Derry, Atkinson, Windham and Londonderry - handling both ordinary pests and the wildlife side of the trade: ants, termites, mice and rats indoors, and bats, skunks, raccoons, squirrels and moles out. The company says it has over 25 years of experience; the Better Business Bureau records the LLC as formed in October 2004 and lists 21 years in business under managing member Phillip LeFavor. What customers describe, almost without exception, is one man doing the work. Kyle is named in review after review from 2023 through 2026 across Google and Thumbtack, and the jobs are specific. In a 2024 review a mobile-home owner recounted a dead skunk cleared from under the home, a live skunk trapped and released, dig barriers installed under the decks, and a year later a pregnant raccoon and her young removed from the belly of the home. Another 2024 reviewer woke to bats circling the attic, called four companies, and chose Kyle after he explained that bats are protected in New Hampshire and what that meant for the job. Speed and price come up constantly. In a March 2026 review an HOA said he came out the same week, walked the buildings inside and out, quoted, returned to clear the snowpack for access, and finished two buildings in under a day at a cost they called extremely reasonable. A 2025 reviewer who called about suspected chipmunks said he offered to stop by within the hour and identified the droppings as mice instead. Separate reviewers through 2024 and 2025 call the pricing reasonable, and a 2023 Thumbtack customer noted the work is guaranteed. Two things deserve a direct question before you book. A reviewer on the company's Better Business Bureau profile - a profile that grades it A+ and lists it as accredited since 2012 - states that its New Hampshire business registration is not in good standing, so ask the company where that stands. And in June 2026 a commenter on r/PestControlIndustry suggested the five-star run looks too perfect to be real; the written reviews vary widely in length, name the same owner across three years, describe distinct jobs on two independent platforms and include a three-star on Thumbtack, but the question was raised publicly and is fair to put to them. This is the right call for a southern New Hampshire homeowner with a wildlife problem - bats, raccoons, skunks or rodents in the walls - who wants entry points sealed rather than traps dropped and forgotten. Ask where the state registration stands, confirm the pesticide licence numbers with the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, and get the guarantee terms in writing.
“they have all of these 5 star reviews that seem fake and TOO perfect”
My HOA worked with Kyle. He was extremely responsive and punctual. He was able to come out same week, walk the properties inside and out and provide quote. He returned the following week to clear out access from the snow pack to make the work easier. He was able to complete the work for two buildings in less than a day, the residents were impressed with his knowledge and professional nature. The cost was extremely reasonable for what we needed done. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service! This is how pest control should be done! Kyle from Granite State Pest Control was absolutely awesome. From the moment he arrived, he set the bar high. He communicated his ETA ahead of time, kindly introduced himself, and even took his boots off before coming inside (huge respect). He was polite and genuinely took the time to ask thoughtful questions and explain what he was doing and why. I’ve had terrible experiences with other pest control companies in the past, with people who just dropped traps, said nothing, didn't follow up, and clearly couldn’t care less. Kyle was the complete opposite. He really cares about his work and his customers. He set a clear follow-up plan to come back and monitor the traps, which instantly gave me peace of mind. On top of that, he went above and beyond by communicating with the homeowner about exterior areas that needed patching to prevent pests from entering our home. That kind of proactive, whole-house thinking is rare. He also made the effort to fit me in at the last minute to his already busy schedule, which I truly appreciated. Professional, personable, thorough, and respectful. Kyle is exactly who you want handling pest control for your home in New Hampshire. If you’re considering Granite State Pest Control, you won’t regret it! Would 10/10 recommend.
I just moved to the area and really needed a professional to help me navigate a bat issue. 5 stars for the effort Kyle puts in to customer care and figuring out possible paths forward to solving the issue.
Kyle was great. Saved our bat problem and their lives
I called Kyle about a potential chipmunk problem. We spoke for awhile and I asked if he could come over to check and make sure. To my surprise, he said he would stop by in an hr. Thank God he did. The droppings were mice and not chipmunks. What a great guy! I would highly recommend him for any of your petty problems. Dee
