Getting bats out of an attic and sealing their entry points is how one September 2024 customer described Granite State Pest Control's work. The homeowner said Kyle explained the process, price and warranty, installed one-way openings, then returned a few weeks later to remove them and seal the gaps. Other dated accounts describe wildlife removal and barriers intended to keep animals from returning. The company describes itself as a Nashua pest and wildlife control business serving Nashua, Manchester, Merrimack, Derry, Atkinson, Windham and Londonderry. Its website says it has over 25 years of experience and offers insect and rodent treatments, wildlife removal, exclusion work and year-round prevention plans. In June 2024, a mobile-home customer described Kyle removing a dead skunk, catching another skunk, and installing dig barriers under the decks. The same customer said that a year later he caught a raccoon, removed its babies from the underside of the home and installed further barriers. A May 2025 customer said he removed a dead rabbit from under a patio and secured the patio against future animal entry. A May 2024 Thumbtack reviewer described removal of a dead opossum under deck stairs, cleanup and refastening the lattice. Customers also described explanations and scheduling. In December 2025, a reviewer said Kyle communicated his arrival time, removed his boots, asked questions and explained his work. He made a plan to return to monitor traps and discussed exterior areas needing patching with the homeowner. The customer also praised being fitted into his schedule at short notice. In March 2026, an HOA customer said Kyle inspected properties and provided a quote in the same week, returned the next week to clear snow from the access area, and completed work for two buildings in less than a day. Google lists five stars from 18 ratings and Thumbtack lists 4.8 from eight. A June 2026 Reddit commenter questioned the authenticity of the company's five-star reviews; that is the commenter's suspicion. A BBB customer also questioned the company's corporate standing. The BBB gives it an A+ and describes it as accredited. BBB lists two New Hampshire pesticide-control license numbers for the company. The published business histories differ. BBB names Phillip LeFavor as managing member and says the Nashua LLC started in October 2004. The company's Thumbtack profile identifies Kyle Morton and states six years in business, while its website claims over 25 years of experience.
