Iovino Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

Two 2026 Iovino customers came to the company after a bigger outfit quoted them something else. In a June 2026 Google review, a homeowner whose longtime HVAC company gave what they called an outrageous estimate to replace a ductless AC said Iovino came in at less than half for the same brand. In a February 2026 review, a customer said Bobby quoted a heating system that made more sense for their space than what big-name companies had pitched, pointed them toward Mass Save rebates and financing, and his team replaced the heat pump, air handler and thermostat in three days. Iovino Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling describes itself as a family-owned Bedford company serving Billerica, Tewksbury, Concord and other Middlesex County towns. Its Massachusetts plumber licence is active on the state registry. Google shows 5★ from 98 ratings. The work runs across both trades. A June 2026 customer needed a geothermal heating system integrated with their water heater and said Bobby explained the complex setup clearly. In July 2026, a leaking outdoor spigot flooding a basement was replaced and an access panel added; an April 2026 reviewer had a whole-home water filtration system, a new kitchen sink and pipes, and new shutoff valves installed. Water heaters are a regular job: in April 2026 Tom replaced one with up-front pricing, a January 2025 customer had a broken unit replaced within three hours of calling, and in February 2022 a customer with water gushing from an old tank had a quote within a half hour and a new heater that night. An August 2025 reviewer said their mini-split system was designed in software before installation. Cold-weather calls are part of it too: in a January 2025 review, a customer who drilled into a copper pipe during a weekend snowstorm said the plumber came and had it fixed minutes after arriving.
