We had a great experience with Green Mountain Fireplaces from start to finish. Sarah was incredibly helpful in guiding us to a unit that fit our space and stayed within our budget. Josh, who handled the installation, was on time, professional, and made a point to clean up each day before leaving. The finished fireplace looks fantastic and is exactly what we hoped for. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
Totally rude. Hung up on me before I had the chance to ask my question. I will NOT be spending my money to replace two gas fireplaces with them.

Excellent display and service. We drove several hours to be able to see the beautiful RAIS fireplaces on display. The showroom did not disappoint and Sarah was most helpful explaining all the details of the gas fireplace we are interested in. She is very knowledgeable and we can now feel comfortable making a decision. The fireplace will be in the center of our new construction home so it is an important part of our design. I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you are considering purchasing a fireplace.Thank you Sarah!
