Greene Installation Co Inc

Windows and doors, 168 permits deep. Greene Installation Co Inc has worked out of 10 Rita Drive in Medford since it was incorporated in Massachusetts in 1977, and its permitted projects are almost entirely residential window and exterior-door replacements across eastern Massachusetts. The jobs are the ordinary, repeatable kind — a 2017 permit for 23 windows on Milk Street in Methuen, another on Riverview Boulevard in 2018. President Ronald Greene runs the company, which BBB lists with four employees. The offer widens past glass. BBB lists Alcan screen rooms, aluminum awnings, canopies, carports, patio covers, aluminum storm windows and storm doors, plus cloth retractable motorized awnings; BuildZoom's listing sticks to window replacement, exterior doors and patio sliders. One thing to settle before you sign. BBB lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #102957 for the company, and BuildZoom prints the same number alongside a City of Newton residential builder number, #220196 — look up #102957 on the state's registry yourself before you put down a deposit. BBB also lists the company as a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. For a whole-house window swap, a storm door, or an awning or screen room over a patio, this is a long-established Medford installer whose permit trail is built on exactly that work. Confirm the registration with the state, get the window and door specifications in writing, and ask what the warranty covers on labour as well as on the units.
