GreenEdge Builders

Excellent staff, service, and on-time performance. They maintain a high degree of professionalism. The team is highly qualified and experienced. They are a one-team solution for all things condo needs. Have used them across multiple condos and needs (plumbing, construction, electricals etc). Very satisfied each time. Finally, honest in terms of pricing and deliverables.

We have worked with GreenEdge Builders on multiple projects over the past four years. We witnessed firsthand dedication, knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. A standout moment with GreenEdge Builder was our 2024 renovation project. As a result of Sean, Weslley, and his team's commendable efforts, significant operational improvements were realized through scheduling meetings with the engineers and coordinating building inspections. Sean further showcased his problem-solving skills by playing a pivotal role in streamlining processes, which helped save time and money. Thanks to his initiative, we can obtain the permits and complete the project on time. Additionally, Sean promptly responded to any requests and addressed any challenges. Throughout my interactions with Sean and his team, we have consistently witnessed profound dedication and commitment to quality work and craftsmanship. Highly Recommend!!

Kind, courteous, professional and extraordinarily talented team. They are very present while working with you and will go the extra mile to be sure your project is perfect ~ I highly recommend GreenEdge Builders and look forward to working them again and again.

We have used GreenEdge several times and it is always a positive experience. They take the time to really understand what we want and make great suggestions.

Sean and his team did an fantastic job renovating our condo in Boston (Back Bay). As an architect, I have a critical eye and have seen plenty of contractor shenanigans, but working with Sean was a pleasure. He was always responsive, his pricing was transparent and fair with no surprises along the way, and the work was of good quality. Weslley, the site superintendent, was also great to work with, and I felt confident in all of their subcontractors. We would highly recommend working with the GreenEdge team!
