We connected with Greer Real Estate and Dillon Hoyt just by accident as we started to look for a home down the Cape in the fall of 2020. I'm so glad we connected because Dillon worked tirelessly with us to find us a home. He showed us several homes over a year and we lost out on 3 plus homes during that time. Through Dillons confidence in himself and his abilities, he was able to find us a fantastic home in Yarmouth in August of 2021. The purchase process was just the start of a long process where Dillon showed his persistence and professionalism. A difficult seller and sellers realtor delayed the closing for 4 months until January 2022. All this time Dillon was in contact with the sellers realtor, town officials, and a septic installer contractor to make sure the septic was installed and that our great mortgage rate was maintained. He kept us in the loop and focused when we were ready to walk away from the deal due to the sellers inactions. I cannot recommend Greer Realty and Dillon Hoyt , specifically. Outstanding customer service!!!! I have never had an experience with a real estate company that has been as positive as working with the owner of this company Brian Greer. We started looking for a second home for our family on the Cape last year and we are still looking. Despite the time it is taking for us to find a property, Brian continues to work countless hours and I hope we can find something soon. Brian is a true professional who is familiar with the Cape and I would not recommend working with any other real estate company at the Cape other than Greer Real Estate.
